- How do I get my child on your registration list?
A: Please add your child via our website. Click on the ‘Add to Resistration List’ icon and fill in your information. Our Registrar will get back to you confirming your child has been added to the requested year and program. We will also contact you in January of that year regarding important registration dates. - Where is my child on the list?
A: We give priority placement to our returning families and their siblings but we always take a large volume of new families each year. Since we are unsure how many families will be returning and if they have siblings it is difficult to accurately know your placement on the list. - When does registration start?
A: For the 2012/2013 school year families will be registering online! Our website will be open for registration on February 1st and will be closed at noon on February 14th. If you missed these dates and are still interested in registering your child for the 2012/2013 school year, please contact our Registrar at registrar@highlandspreschool.ca. - Does it matter when I register during the 2 week registration window in February?
A: No, there is no priority given to any new families who register during that time. Our returning students and their siblings will be placed in classes first; new students who are already on our registration list will be placed in order of when were added to the list; a lottery system is used to place all new families who register during the 2 week registration window in February. Registration forms received on February 14th will be treated exactly the same as registration forms received on February 1st. - Do you have any spots available right now?
A: If you have a child born in 2007 – YES! We have spots in our 2011/2012 4 year old afternoon program. Please contact our Registrar at registrar@highlandspreschool.ca
